Editing my business promo video

I am looking to produce a brief promo video for my business that I will upload on my website and on social media. My business name is "JYG Solutions LLC" and I am in the field of IT Healthcare. I implement a speech recognition software (Dragon) with electronic health records. I already did a very basic editing of the video but it is too simple and boring (video 1m53s). I need a professional freelancer to turn it into a "wow" video. Things I am looking to add to the video:
1- Nice background
2- Background music
3- My business logo
4- My business intro animation appearing next to me when I introduce myself (I will provide logo animation intro clip)
5- When I mention in the video "Nuance technologies" I would like to be surrounded briefly by 4 logos (Nuance - DMO logo, Nuance - DMPE logo, Nuance PowerMic mobile, Nuance PowerMic III)
6- An animation outro (I will provide logo animation outro clip)
7- Nice transition when I present the example
8- Improve lighting and sound of the video
Note: I was not able to upload the video and logo animation. Will send them with Dropbox links
