E-comm market place like ebay Paypal needed

We are looking to build a e-commerce market place similar to ebay bu without the auction. You will need to be very familiar with paypal pro payments in the site.

the site is similar to ebay in every way but doesnt not have an auction so image users listing products and then people buying them without the auction part. We need a full admin that will allow to manage categories, users, listing etc.. wwe will need a buyer and seller rating. We will charge a listing fee and a commission after the sale to the seller. Buyer and seller will likely use paypal off the site much like ebay is now. we will need buyer-seller question and answer similar a private board post on rac

We want the admin of the site to approve the listings before they go live.

We will use some asp.net controls by telerik and infragistics, we will give both to you. We will use ms sql for the db.

-You must be good at e-commerce type systems with paypal

-must be very good ihn asp.net with grid controls and things like that, we will likely use ajax functions from telerik grids that are native

-I will do the site design so you will need to integrate our gui into the software you make

-must be good at smtp messages becuase this system will likely send out a lot of messages for these transactions.

-study the ebay process for listing products becuase we love it.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
