Dreamweaver Tutor

I am looking for an expert in Dreamweaver to answer questions and provide assistance as I learn to use the program. I am an experienced web developer building a web site with Dream, but occassionally I get stuck on a concept and wish I could have someone available I could call, email, or IM. I have my own web server running Microsoft and IIS, as well as a SQL server (but I dont plan to use the SQL in my web site).

I can pay by the hour for this. I would prefer someone in the Pacific Standard Time zone of the USA so that I can call or IM at a decent hour, but I am open to any arrangment as long as its professional and useful to me.
