A user needs to be able to upload photos. share photos, and design a product online. We have about 10 current products that we want for our site.

We are looking for someone with a high degree of professional design as well as excellent coding experience.

This site needs to be developed in .net and SQL

We may be using a third party that has wizards already that we can incorporate into the site that will allow users to create products.

Please review [url removed, login to view] as this is basically the functionality we need except our site will have less product to begin with.

When placing your bid, please tell us how much time you think it will take to complete this site. We will not be able to go over a deadline. So be realistic and bid accordingly.

We will only work within the parameters set by RAC, so please do not ask us for payment outside of RAC.

We are looking for top talent and wish to build a long term relationship by providing many projects to the company we hire.

Excellent communications skills is a plus.

Once we start, we prefer skype or MSN for communication.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
