installer dll needed

Enclosed is the source code I have for an existing installer program and the details of what I am looking for. The details is [url removed, login to view]

No third party controls will be accepted for this or any off the shelf programs either. What I am looking for here is a dll where through code, I can create a program that will create an installer for various packages. The types of packages would be these:

1. installing ocxs and dlls only (for cases where they have the program but not the components needed for it to run).

2. installing complete package (may be more than one exe used)

3. installing just one program

The source code included is the program that does 2 and 3.

The source code saves the different lists into a text file. I do not need this. My program will handle how to store the information about the files. This just needs to use collections for the components, programs, and other files. If you want to do this from scratch; that would be fine. Can be completed in any language as long as the results of it will work from Visual Basic. Will need a sample application that is completed with Visual Basic 6.0 so I can see how it works. Let me know if you have any questions. The installer and the resulting setup must work with Windows 98, Windows 2000, and Windows XP (all editions)

## Deliverables

1. The compiled dll and the source code for the dll. Can be completed in any language. Please let me know the language that will be used for this.

2. The sample VB application to show how this works.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
