Metatrader 4, Possible 1 or 4 indicators

Hello:

I have already all the criteria for an indicator but I do not know how to write in MQL4, I would like some help.

I currently have 4 different criteria which I would like Metatrader 4 to give me signals if the criteria matches the current Market position.

I need help transcribing my info into MT4 and making it pretty.
