Help Setting Up MS Excel 2007 Spreadsheet(repost)

Hi, I'm looking for someone to help me set-up an MS Excel template sheet that I can use. What this involves is the following: 1) Setting up rules to shorten codes of some items (ie. remove unneeded numbers) - ideally we would like a different worksheet where these are listed and we can add more as we come across them. 2) Have 5 pages (each in the same MS Excel file as different tabs) where the prices are looked up from - so we ultimately have that many prices ultimately) - Also if possible if we can have the amount of times that product shows up on each worksheet to help us with duplicates). 3) Price formula to calculate different % mark-ups and rules to highlight the column we should use based on the final price. Mainly work along this way. I can send spreadsheets, prices and be available on the bid chatroom etc to go through details directly. Project should not take too long, as I know exactly what I need. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
