OpenCart Gift registry Extension.

I need a opencart expert to create a "Gift registry" extension

Basically Customer A goes to your site and adds things to their "list". Then their friends Customer B, Customer C, Customer D go to the site and look up Customer A's private list (by name or password) and can then contibute to the amount.
