Web Site Design and Development

This project is for a a company that provides on line education in the for form of live seminars. This project is to get the companies site, up and running: 1. Complete web site design 2. Database creation - MySQL 3. Wordpress set up (carry through the site design into a word press blog) I need a designer that can bring design and development skills that are current with today's current web 2.0 / css design trends. You will need to be able to take this site from start to finish - building from the ground up. I see 3 core phases of the project: Phase 1: Template design: Establishing the look and feel of the home page and secondary pages. Phase 2: Site development -implemenation of content, database development, overall site development, integration with wordpress (blog template to match site design) Phase 3: Implementation of onsite SEO code and techniques. Please see the attached PDF for more details. At each of these phases / milestones, I will provide sign off and partial payment. In your bid, you can provide an overall bid and/or a bid by phase. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
