Make my Flash movie work consistently on all browsers

I have a flash movie which is set up to download 20% and then start playing. It has behaved intermittently on different browsers.

Right now it is sometimes playing.

I have been dealing with this as a problem for a couple of days. It is really high pressure for me and the client.

I am sorry but this problem is not consistent.

Please can you save me from my vidoe h$lll... Just do something to make it work on all browsers.

Earlier today it was working for me on everything except Firefox. Then it stopped working in IE as well. I found this thread - not sure if it is relevent or not.

I need this to be a soloution on the website - I can' go telling sers to download new versions of Flash or their browsers.

If you bid on this, I respond well to bidders who tell me why they are the righte person for a particular project rather than a boiler plate list: please - give me a clue :-)
