This project is to update a template / layout on a Siberian CMS installation

I require a new template / layout to deliver a Material Design layout using the siberian CMS.

add back arrow instead of < Back
add card style for content
Colours should be configurable
I have SiberianCMS installed and can provide FTP access and MYSQL administration access.
I will need full details of all changed files as part of the deliverables
