Build quiz website in PHP

I have an existing PHP site which is already laid out and working. This site contains reading exercises and timed reading tests.

I would like for you to take this site and change it into a new site that administers simple multiple choice quiz tests.

There would be an admin page where the quizes are setup.

The actual quizes consist of

1. a comprehension test - user reads instructions, then a long story, then they answer a series of questions(all multiple choice radio buttons) then they are graded on the result and a score is recorded in a graph.

2. memory test - user reads a short, answers one question correctly, then is asked series of questions.

3. Vocabulary test - User goes through a series of questions with multiple choice answers, at the end they see their score.

4. Brain Teaser -? the same as the vocab test but different questions will be setup in the admin page.

All of these are very similar, show a short story, then ask multiple choice questions, or just straight questions and answers.

Note that the questions and answers use html code so I can add images, EMBED tags for audio/video and other elements to the questions and answers(this is how the current site is setup already)

Here is how the new site would work:

User logs in with their email address(only to identify themselves and to find their graph not for security and this function is already built into the existing site so nothing new to do here)

User clicks which area they want to be tested on(comprehension, vocab etc), or they can view the graphs.

User clicks a specific test, completes test, views results on graph.

The graph page would have 4 graphs, showing the results for each section(comprehension, vocab, etc). The current site has one graph, you can copy it and reuse that code.

I have much more detailed information for the final coder and will provide the site code from my existing site. You would only need to replace the existing timed test code with new code that administers the multiple choice tests(with instructions and in the correct order)
