Modifications on iOS app and Developing Website and Android version - repost

Modifications to iGroups app to convert it to another App (shopping app).

We need modification to the app as follows:

When the app launches , the login button will be the same but "sign up" will be change to enter the app. so user can use the app without signing but user can't create new groups nor post messages. The user will be able to see only and can't write anything until the user sign in or sign up. The things that the user can see without sign in are: main menu, quick sale and the search. Other tabs will be empty.

A) The Main Modifications:

1- we want to change the "+" sign in the Main tab change it to "change country" that will show the groups on the chosen country. for example, if you choose Kuwait it will shows the groups they are from Kuwait in the same view (Top groups, Categories, search). Top Groups will be based on the (members number of the group, the groups with highest rating and the group with most posts and replies).

2- we don't want the ads to be shown.

3- when creating group we need the following changes:

a-we don't want (public or private),(open or closed), (global or local) ,(Announcement only).

b- we want to add field (country) and its mandatory field.(this field will be used in the main menu to change the country)

c- we want to remove the text "Groups with only 1 member after 3 days are removed from Roomarvers".

4- when you join any group it will be joined directly ( we don't want the following options: Share location, share contact, share both, share nothing)

5- the group will looks like the following:

First of all, the group’s admins can create categories inside the group. when the admin write post in the post view he must choose the category of the post. the admin cannot post anything until there are at least one category.(there should be a default category called General and the admin can edit it so the admin can posts)

We will add more features in the upcoming updates so we would like to keep working with you in this project. the finishing time of the project is very very important to us because there are many things depends on the completing the project. we want to agree with you if you pass the deadline we will deduct from the project cost because any delay on this project will cost us more money so please give us the deadline you see yourself finishing the project (consider the demos testing and receiving the feedback from us).

please quote your price and the deadline of the project(the deadline for the iOS version and Android version because as you can see the iOS version is based on already developed app and the Android version will be built from the ground) and the payment structure.
