Affiliate script

Looking for programmer to write an affiliate script which work with ibill and ccbill. If you have experiences with ibill and ccbill before, it would be even better. Here is how the script works: I have an affiliate site (e.g. [url removed, login to view]) and some membership sites (e.g. [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view]). The function of the affiliate site is to ask affiliates to join our affiliate programs to promote those membership sites. Affiliates should join our program at [url removed, login to view], when they register, the script should record their info into our mysql db, and also register the user info to ibill and ccbill server. Since all payments information will be shown at ibill and ccbill server. Our server only shows traffic stats. After affiliates join our program, they can get the banner code and put it in their site. The affiliate link should link to each membership sites (e.g. [url removed, login to view]?=eng or [url removed, login to view]?=eng ). When surfer click on the link, a cookie should record in the surfer broswer. The cookie information will pass to ibill or ccbill server for affiliate earning caluation. Within the affiliate admin panel, they can do the following things: (1)Chnage their information (2)View their traffic stats, both raw and unique (by sites, date) (3)Get their banner codes for each sites (each sites might have different banner sizes) Within the superadmin panel, I can do the following things: (1) search, edit, delete...... users, those standard user admin stuffs. (2)Show me the user stats, e.g. how many affiliates, how many traffic.... Actually, this is not a real affiliate script. Since all affilicate caluation is done by ibill and ccbill. This script is something like a traffic tracking script which add some affiliates features. The script must be using easy to edit template, so that I can edit in dreamwaver. This script will also have multi languages version, so a easy to edit templates is a must.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
