Creating a short film of 38-40 seconds for viral marketing resulting in a .swf file or mpeg fiile.
Filming 2 scenes, the first 8 seconds plus 8 seonds (16 seconds) and then the second is 17 seconds with an end caption and tail-off of 5 seconds - total 38 seconds.
**_Scene 1_**
Visual starts with entrance to a public toilet, like on an underground station with a turnstile. You see people putting their 20p’s in to the slot to walk through the barrier.
**8 seconds**
Then along comes Mr Smart who has no cash ??" looks at the sign (sees Ingotz logo) and gets out his Ingotz card, swipes it and through he goes.

**_Scene 2_**
In the toilet communal area, you see him go in to the cubicle, door closes ??" hear belt unbuckle, zip undo, trousers drop and an ‘ahh’ as he sits down. Perhaps a bit of flatulence about 3 seconds and a bit of silence, then you hear the toilet roll being pulled, town off and then after a short silence, zip, belt do up and then toilet flushes, door opens and out come Mr Smart smiling.

Caption & Slogan
‘Ingotz ??" Swipe, wipe and go’
‘Top-up in convenience stores, unload in conveniences’
**5 seconds**
Background music - quiet but audible - maybe someone mopping the floor or using hand dryer in the background - creating the sounds of a public toilet.
The film has no spoken words and will show [url removed, login to view] in one of the corners, probably bottom left for the entire film.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-playing 38 second file in .swf or mpeg file format that can be played on any standard Windows PC - Mac also if possible.
2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Needs to work with any mpeg player or in the case of a .swf file any .swf player
Our preference is an mpeg file format.
