Connecting to an API. XML / HTTP

We need to connect to an API, which supports both XML submissions and HTTP POST submissions.

Either method is ok, but we need? to have the response read and acted on accordingly.

The code? will need to be written in **PHP**.

The API connection document will be attatched to this bid request, and can be? emailed etc.? upon request.

We expect quick delivery, full installation *(if required)*, final? testing on our server? and? support afterwards.
