We are reactivating a previous bid now that we have more details and the budget.
We need to create a 3 page website built in Joomla We are using a Linux server with mySQL. More pages will be created at a later date but right now we need a Home Page, Bio page and a Class Course page. Website will need a shopping cart as the person visiting the website will need to be able to place an order on the Class Course page. At this time, no banking info has been established so the cart should just be able to email the shopping cart. The email should be able be changed easily. The website also needs to be able to use paypal as a payment option. The website also needs to be ready so that when the banking info is established the client can start using it, This means payment for visa/mastercard/american express, debit cards, etc.
Our client has provided a basic layout of what they would like to see and they have specific colors that they want used. The more module positions in Joomla template the better for future customization pages. DO NOT USE A FREE TEMPLATE THAT YOU CAN GET OFF THE WEB AND CUSTOMIZE IT. The template should be elegant. The template name needs to be called AlarmClasses. It needs to be prepared so that the template itself can be installed succesfully on a fresh installed joomla system with no sample data.
You will need to inform us of any components/modules/plugins that are used in the website when you create the 3 pages.
The module position in the template needs to collapse if there is no content in the module. If you don't know what I mean please see:

So we are looking for three deliverables.
1 - Joomla template
2 - the 3 page website described above
3 - the sql file for the website
4 - the names of the components/module/plugins used
