Outlook express add-in

We need an Outlook Express add-in toolbar for our text to speech software. The requirements are: 1. Add a toolbar in the MS outlook express in main window; 2. Add a toolbar in the MS outlook express in the active window: the opened email window. 3. get the email body text of selected email: the scenario is: in the main page, the user selects one email, and click the button, we will retrieve the body text; in the opened email window, if we click the button, we will retrieve the text of the opened email. 4. If the user selects a part of email body text, return the selected text. 5. get the email sender’s name 6. get the e-mail’s subject. 7. in latest Office version (XP+), the office will give a warning when you are going to retrieve the above information, it is better to avoid the warning then you get the mail body text. 8. also avoid the warning from the virus scanning software, such as mcafee. 9. if you can not add a toolbar, you can add a button instead. 10. better written in VB 11. we can work continuely based on your code. 12. you can also bid our outlook add-in project.
