Chat Server System

Hey there people

I need a chat system set up for my networking website, I use to have one a few years back, it was made in ActiveX and was pretty good, however users needed to download the ocx files? for the chat, the developer? was doing very little to fix the problems, and in the end gave me to many? headaches, I ended up closing the site.

So this time around I am doing it right and would like to find someone experienced enough to complete this project. Please read this project and be sure you understand it? before submitting a bid.

- I need a chat system built similar to the old MSN style chat service.

- This chat system is going to be exactly? like Buzzen Chat is on that page above I provided.

- It works off the? FlashIRC Server software @

- Now I want it built as this one is, you can use this? software and just customize and tailor it to my site and to my features.

- It comes with all the? web-based chatting features, live chat rooms listing & categories, chat room creation, member list & profiles etc....

When doing this project you are? responsible for the complete setup, this includes; the design of all related pages? associated to the chat system, all images,? multi-language settings, and the complete? mIRC server setup.
