SQL Server based e-commerce website

1. e-commerce website: basic idea at: [url removed, login to view] 2. must support english and russian languages..I will translate to russian (you do not need to do translation work), but the system needs to have the ability to display the russian and switch to russian 3. must have recommended products on the top page, for each of the 4 main categories, see [url removed, login to view] for an example of recommended picks. the database structure must be aligned so that, a product can be tagged as recommended. 4. database driven, ms sql server, products must be loaded from the database. No maintenance of products from web based forms...not necessary. I deal with products locally, and simply load them into the tables in the database. this should make things simple for the coder. I also don't need any kind of admininistration gui, or 'dashboard' etc. 5. search. products have pictures, product descriptions, prices...need to have the ability to search for products or browse by category. 6. I need a section for 'freebies' where I give multimedia samples away of my companies internally produced products. 7. I will have work to offer members.. Translation work, voice over work. Therefore there needs to be a membership system. This system should store information about the customer/user, but more than that, allow them to accept work. 9. dual language support. I will do all translation work, but system must support the ability to switch to russian. 10. you must interface to paypal's "website payments pro" to allow acceptance of credit cards...using the direct payment api (user doesn't know its paypal). Site must have a shopping cart. [url removed, login to view] must use stored procedures to interface with the database, no dynamic sql. 12. coder must update me daily, including a nightly build of the website, showing progress every day.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
