I need a database creating from a Excel speadSheet and the photo's need to be added to the list and they need to be taken from a website. I have full permission to use the photo's as long as I take them from the website. There are around 10,000 records. A Database needs to be created from this list to use on the website to sell catering suppies the website will be a online shop. I have not bought any Hosting yet so I am open to what ever programmes the coder wishes to use (PHP or MSQL) I would prefer the website to be designed in dreamweaver so that I could update it myself. It need to work on all browsers and be accessable to [url removed, login to view] online ordering would also have to be set up for returning customers to use so a login and password must also be created so returning customers dont have to re input there details. I would require on going help with this site intill i am fully confident to run it alone. I require a coder who speaks English and one I could [url removed, login to view] in the UK.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
