This should be very straightforward for someone with experience in C, C++ and Bitcoin (Crypto Currency and Alt-Coins) hence the size of the project.

Search for other users, add / remove friends, block users, favorites etc (like skype)
Stream Video
and of course standard cryptocurrency send receive functions.
In otherwords a standard email messenger client with with a cryptocoin wallet.
