Create prototypes for a windows application

I need someone to create two prototypes by the following description:

Step 6:

Create a prototype to create a Dropbox folder with its own icon so that its visible in the Libraries in explorer along with the other folders like Documents, Music etc.

Giving certain characteristic properties to the folder in terms of items in the drop down menu that appears when the folder is right-clicked, in case it requires

more experimentation than in Step 5.

Step 7:

Create a prototype that will detect following cloud storage synchronization folders: DropBox, Box, Google Drive

This is a step of a larger project, whose entire description I have attached. You would be hired to implement just this particular step, and will be paid right away after the completion and testing of the work. If you are successful, you might be hired for the rest of the project.

This project is for a trusted client. No milestones or upfront payments will be created until the project is completed, and tested by the client, and until the client is happy.

Whoever bids $85 or less will be hired immediately.
