Data scrapper from NSE (Stock Exchange) Website

Simple PHP or any linux based Web app that will scrape the data from that website and enter it into the DB.
Inputs as on the page are:
1. Index Name (To be selected from the dropdown)
2. From Date

1. The Download CSV option does not work sometimes so it cannot be relied on
2. The display only shows 100 days each time - so if I enter a date range that spans 8000 days - it will have to load the page with different inputs 80 times

PHP page will have 4 inputs:
1. Source: Dropdown with options of NSE, BSE, AMFI
2. Index: Should show the list of available indices from NSE, BSE or AMFI
3. From Date
4. To Date
There should be an import button that just imports the data into a table with 3 columns:
IndexID
Date
Value: Close price for Index and NAV for Mutual fund at AMFI
This table is called IndexPrices within database name prices.
