Custom building management website ------- See attached dashboard example file and links posted below. The concept is a easy to use and manage website for property management needs.
Install of design template - provided - install support ticket system for /support page. A few pages of basic work on main site (front end) The rest is the backend:

Backend:

User level access control (Manager, Admin, User) This should be easy to automate some of the settings: The "Manager" access level to manually setup each building upon client needs.
Master template (see attached dashboard concept idea) with CMS (allow Admin to make some changes) Header/footer and some text.
Custom email client (Users can only send email to building – Admins to view and reply to emails - automatic archives)
Support ticket system – Users to submit building issues via category – Admins to manage/edit > Export to Excel needed
Admins to post .pdf/.xlsx/.jpeg to Memos/News/Document pages
Calendar – Shows events, users to book elevator/amenity room/other – Admin to approve/cancel/post events - Able to edit names "Example: Book Pool, Book Meeting Room 1"
Email mailing list – MailChimp or other – Pulls from database when new users register – Approved by Admins
Building survey – Admins can post survey question – Users can submit reply Yes,No (example: Pie chart system showing results on dashboard)
Account – Users can modify contact settings, personal information
Admin Account – Can modify user information – total amount of users to be set by manager at setup
Admins – Set by Manager upon startup and when notified to change – (To discuss options here)
Manager – Full access control (this is for my use to setup new admins for new clients)

Two milestones to be set from acceptance – A fully complete site MUST be completed before any funds are released. Final payment upon installation on my server.
100% completion is a MUST, fair and open, honest communication is needed and expected. Long-term working relationship is the ideal fit here, I want someone long-term who can help me grow this business... MUST be well coded and bug free – Testing will be conducted before milestone – All errors must be fixed and tested before completion. Bonus work is possible immediately after initial completion.
