I have an existing website hosted by Godaddy and I would like to enhance it to a more professional looking. I have designed some screenshots, but I need someone to implement it in HTML. Ideally, I need someone who has experience building website with multiple language. A little bit understanding of Chinese would be desired too. The final product does not have to be perfect, as long as it has the basic look because I know coding myself and can fine tune it.
