CRM Company Needs Contact Browser Extension Designed/Developed

We are are SAAS CRM company, that would like to add a contact browser extension to our product.
The extension will be installed by our users, then when the user is on the following social networks or email pages, the user can click the extension and the contact information from the page will be sent to our CRM API to create a contact in the CRM.
Websites the extension needs to support:
1. Facebook
2. Linked In
3. Gmail
When the user is on one of the above sites, they should be able to go to a contact page, and submit the contact info to our system to create a contact.
We need extensions for both Safari and Chrome both for Mac + Windows. Other browsers need not be supported.
This work will include a simple design (with possibly a few revisions) and development / QA of the extensions, the API will be developed by our team.
Please provide any samples of browser extensions that you have designed and developed.
Note: The developer needs to be fluent in English for communication with our team
This could lead to more extension feature development in the future, for example, add tasks, calendar events, lead pipeline management etc.. but this initial project is just for the initial extension to create a contact.
