I need a web programmer that will create a transactional Web site that I have planned in detail. This Web site will be a virtual market where the sellers and the buyers will add information about what they offer/need and will do transactions. There will be 4 types of users: the sellers, the buyers, the sellers of my company, and admin. Please give me a price estimate at this moment and you will give you the opportunity to modify your price in about a month, once you have in hand the complete detailed information about what needs to be done. I will give you before you start: the web design (a very plain and simple one), the Meta TAGs, a detailed description of all 40 MySQL tables and 250 variables and links, a web site demo with all 10 static information pages, 10 dynamic information pages (tables done with data from MySQL), 40 forms that contain 250 fields that have the exact same name of the corresponding MySQL variable. Those forms are done in a plain table that you will be able to just copy/paste. The validation on the fields and the actions performed by the submit buttons will be described in detail. The Web site demo will be done in English and I will give you also the translation of the texts for the French version of the site. This site must be search engine friendly and about 1/3 of it must be compatible with IPhone and Android browsers. The site must be able to sustain at least 10 000 sellers and 100 000 buyers. Each seller will upload one picture and on average 3 short videos (45 sec) that will be hosted on Youtube.
