PHP page that puts XML data into MYSQL database

We’re working with a client that needs xml data placed into a database. The database is created, no design skills necessary. Your job is to create a php file that can be run to put this xml data into a database that has already been created. There are 18 tables that need data filled.

The code should check for matches in the database, if a match exists, overwrite the data.
