General information for the business: Send bulk messages to Whatsapp on mobile devices

Description of requirements/functionality: I would like a desktop or web application that would allow us to send message(s) to users on Whatsapp - as many as possible from multiple numbers

Should include the following features (as many as possible);

* Send messages in text, video, picture and audio

* Send to single number or multiple numbers by uploading an csv file

* Send from a UK phone number (or ability to choose the sender name)

* Have some kind of verification that the user is in fact on Whatsapp (the user status)

I have noticed that there are a few applications on the market already, they don't seem to be able to send links . I would like to send links if that is possible?

Extra notes: If you have already developed this kind of software/application or something similar, we are happy to purchase this instead of starting from scratch.
