I need an automátic search website that can link businesses together.

If I'm a consultant and I'm looking for a consulting project the system should be able to sink those 2 subjects automatically.

I need a website with sing up and registration for companies. Than I need a business directory where companies can invite each other to their connections.

Then I need some type of feedback for users to post on companies after the job

Ex: if a company x hired a company z for a gig..the company x should be able to add feedback on company z profile, making this company a very good provider or not so other users see it when hiring for services.

Basically this is what I need.
