Wordpress Plugin and Post Template

You can either bid for one or more plugin(s) or template development or both or all

Plugin - there are multiple stages to the development roadmap, stage 1) to 4) indicated with the numbers for each part associated

It is probably best to create multiple plugins

1) Signup and create advertisement (additional role to be added later, affiliate and rental guest)

1) advanced search

search based on custom fields, search everything plugin might already give a solution

2) new owners affiliate kickback

each user has his specific affiliate link/code so if a new owner signs up, the referring one will get xx month for free or some sort of credit which could be used as a discount to buy features, or discount from subscription payment. WPMU affiliate could be a solution

3) confirmation payment module, booking calendar and pricing calculator

4) advertisement affiliate marketing

Templates (it is not a theme dev, I just want additional templates)

1) create a template to display a single advertisement on a full page, nice slider for the ad photos, think about future information of calendar, and future automated booking and current more info form

1) create a template to display search results, side bar right side

1) create the slider module displaying featured and discounted properties

a shortcode to insert in post or page and a widget to insert in sidebar

2) create a template to display dashboard pricing input

2) create a template to display dashboard calendar management

It is probably best to create multiple plugins

1) Signup and create advertisement (additional role to be added later, affiliate and rental guest)

I want a user to be able to select a subscription and pay for this subscription through paypal/creditcard. if not renewed the advertisment is suspended not deleted so it can be easily renewed later. On creation of their advertsiment the ad will be put up for review by the admin.

This subscription will allow the user access to a certain custom post type (the rental advertisement), multiple types can exist. It will also give access to a front end "dashboard" where the user can edit his advertisement, add additional advertisements against payment and or upgrade its advertisement subscriptions (featured, discount or upgrade its yearly subscription), he can also become an affiliate. and he can manage his information requests from the dashboard.

As soon as a user has at least one rental advertisement, the addition of other will start of a discount program, e.g. first advertisment =100 and for advertisment 2-5 he will pay 90 6-10 he will pay 80 11-20 70 per advertisment and so on, the admin can set these levels and the associated pricing from the admin dashboard, on the admin dashboard he can alos view and manage the users, their subscriptions, their payments, their advertisments

Subscriptions include:

1 year with trial period, this can only be chosen once

1 year

2 years

5 years

Custom set by admin: admin can apply an additional amount of extra months for free to any account

Featured Ads: the user can buy a featured ad for a specific advertisement which will showcase its advertisement of the frontpage in a slider. and will add a background color to the advertisement in the search results

Special Discounts: the user can set a certain discount for a certain period, which will have the advertisement show up on the frontpage in a slider with a small banner saying " DISCOUNTED" (this will later have to integrate with the pricing module, so it might be better to create on the second dev cycle)

The creation of the custom post type can be done with existing plugins like more-fields, magic fields or others. The fields used: address fields to generate gmap, photos including featured, text fields, tag fields and list fields

the user can activate the confirmation payment module in his dashboard, which will allow the guest to book and confirm its holiday rental through paypal. It will also set the calendar as booked for the respective dates. So when the rental guest will ask for a price quote or more information a new user and password will be created automatically. The rental guest will have access to its personal dashboard from the frontend. Here he can see the status of its requests and upgrade to an affiliate and/or a rental owner.

4) advertisement affiliate marketing

the user can activate affiliate marketing in the dashboard

this will allow any other subscribed user of the site, to market any of the other advertisements.

each time a booking is made a kickback is registered towards the marketeer whom generated the booking, a booking is considered generated when the booking confirmation payment is paid

the admin will be able to set the affiliate kickback, which is the same for all users.
