We are a real estate company in the U.S. We are currently looking to grow our team with skilled VAs. We are seeking experienced cold callers who can convert leads into closed deals. Prior real estate calling experience is preferred, but not required.
We are also seeking experienced VAs who can handle administrative tasks, such as data entry, inbound call screening, outbound calls, appointment setting, creating spreadsheets, researching, document preparation, social media management, CRM management, marketing (direct mail campaigns, email drip campaigns, SM marketing), lead generation, email management, design creative marketing material, and other related tasks that may be needed.
Candidates MUST:
possess excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
be able to listen carefully and follow clear instructions
be a team-player
be a self-starter and not need a babysitter
pay attention to detail
be honest, dependable, hard-working, punctual, and trustworthy
keep all client's information and resources confidential
have internet access
be available to work between the hours of 9-7 pm EST (not 9 to 7, but during that time frame)
Great references are a plus!!!
