Horizontal sliding window kit for A/C unit.

So I want to be able to have the A/C unit laying on top of a support platform that raises and supports the A/C unit entirely so that it bypasses the sliding window grooves on the bottom of the window sill.

I want to get something made so it is incredibly easy and reusable for apartment suites I'm likely to go to over the years. Every one I have thus far have used horizontal sliding windows, which limits putting a A/C unit in the summer time in, because of the railing that shoots up from the bottom and makes a uneven surface to lay a flat appliance against.

I need someone to make me a suitable slot in-place support that fits to my window over the grooves and others like it in the apartment for quick and easy install of a A/C unit where needed. I've determined this is my only option as this apartment suite is literally impossible to do anything in and I have a heart condition that suffers the most from hot and humid conditions.

We can discuss more details and if you think this is achievable. Such as sealing around a A/C unit and using Plexiglas atop the A/C unit so no bugs or birds and such make their way in while allowing vision. the Screen in the pictures is removable and I imagine you can extend a lil platform out from the window if more space is needed for the A/C to be supported.
