I NEED A CRM ADMINISTRATOR (TEMPORARY JOB)

I run a little catering business that is prospering in its little niche but i have one problem, too many customers that i don't keep track of! I need A CRM solutions and i am hoping you can help ? I am open to anything though it has to be cost-effective, simple and functional with microsft exchange.

We have just move all our files to one drive and share calendars and email with microsft exchange and its made a big difference . there is only two of us, me on my mac, my wife on her pc, so how do we go to the next level and have a cloud based cdm solution? perhaps you can help choosing and configuring it for us? I have been reviewing many options but have got 'stuck' and come to the conclusion i need some hand holding to male sure we choose and implemt the best cdm, Can you help?

What are our requirements?

I know CRM can do some incredible things but primarily I want to see a full history of all email/correspondence/documents for each client and potential customer, be able to send and receive emails from the crm with excellent social marketing options built in. I state again...( as some CRM options don't seem to like this) we use Microsoft Exchange with outlook email on my wifes pc and Mac mail on my pc . both sharing the same calendar

Here is as far as i got

Salesforce - potentially amazing but most likely too expensive for our simple requirements

Nimbls - looks incredible but idont think it like exchange ( i have been trying to configure without any success)

Nutshell - maybe though don't know how to configure

Insighlty - again looks good but confused about integration with Office 365 ) gotta have business office 365 ? when I have office365 subscription
