I am an experienced Java developer with focus on both Web based and GUI based applications primarily in Java world. But my 15 years in the industry in capacities of developer, team lead , architect and entrepreneur has exposed me to a wide variety of technologies(Java, Ajax, Python, .NET, ARM Embedded etc.. :-)). I am a fast learner and capable of understanding business requirements. I am an avid coder and participate in open source projects to my liking. I lead the project team and translated the business stakeholders domain inputs into project specification. Successfully launched 2 versions of the software. Java (1.6, Eclipse RCP)- Turnkey development of a Manufacturing Shopfloor workflow scheduling application. Lead the team to the completion of the project and hand over.
