Apple Mail Customization Plugin Requird

We are an economic research firm, sending PDF reports to over 3,000 clients every day. Along with the PDF, we are looking at providing a link in our distribution email that directs clients to an area on our website which displays the reports, in order to track open rates. The area on our website where the reports are displayed is password protected, but we'd like the client to be able to open the link in the email without having to input their password each time, if at all. I've been told we can create custom links for each client to login with, but the plugins I've found to do this are limited to distributions of under 100 emails. We’re looking for developer to provide us with a bespoke Apple Mail plugin.
