I have two requirements:
1) Need a website with roughly 15-20 static pages for a accounting and taxation firm. Already have a logo, hosting, and emails setup.
2) Need a online secured portal where clients can fill out basic tax related details as well upload tax related documents over secured transfer. Here are some detailed steps:
Requirements of Tax Portal
1. User should be able to create a login.
2. After log-in they should be able to upload files to their individual upload folder and retrieve files from their individual download folder
3. User should be able to upload multiple files. Next to each upload there should be a comment field where in he can specify what he is uploading. We can
4. Once the user has uploaded files, Tax Portal Admin would review and give a quotation to the customer
5. Customer can login to the site and pay the amount he/she was quoted using his CC/Paypal/Googlecheckout ( Not all options are required)
6. Customers should be able to apply discount code while checking out.
7. Customer files are archived after a period of time.
Points to consider
1. Site has to be secured.
2. We should be able to send email notifications to customers
