I need a plugin for my Wordpress website. I need something where people can fill out a form with their Instagram username and have a submit button. Once the button is clicked I need it to be able to redirect to another site where they'll fill out a survey (I already have this site in place). Then, once they fill out the survey and complete it it'll redirect them back to the site. Once it's redirected back to a "thank you" page on my site I need the plugin to be able to connect to [login to view URL] with my username and password and send their Instagram username (collected in the form) 20 followers. Finally, I need it to block them from getting any more followers for 24 hours. I'm assuming this would be tracked based on IP address.
Also, if possible, I'd like to have an alternate to the survey where they can complete 3 social actions (like share the website to facebook, twitter, google+, etc.) and once that's done it send them 20 followers.
