I'm Harshal Naidu, a Marketing Director at GRINista, a social enterprise that promotes sustainable development and environmental awareness. I'm also pursuing a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, after graduating with a Bachelor of Management Studies degree from the College of Vocational Studies, University of Delhi. My passion is to solve intricate challenges with creativity, innovation, and leadership. As the Director of Marketing at GRINista, I work closely with the founder to strategise and execute initiatives that spread our mission and message. I led the marketing team to increase event attendance by 50% and sponsored events by 30%, thanks to our targeted campaigns and dynamic speakers. As the Secretary-General at Net Impact, a global network of changemakers, I collaborated with cross-functional volunteer teams to launch three innovative initiatives that fostered social impact and engagement. I also leverage my writing skills as a freelance content creator, producing high-quality and informative content for various projects and topics. I'm always eager to learn new skills and enhance my existing ones. I'm proficient in Microsoft Google Suite, social media management, video editing, and content creation. I have also interned as a marketing intern, investment banker, and content writer, contributing to diverse projects and outcomes. I have published two anthologies of poetry and prose and have won multiple awards and honours in discussing and writing competitions. I'm also an avid volunteer and a TEDxCVS speaker who enjoys sharing my ideas and experiences with others.
