I like this guy. He manages his team well, and he really works hard and smart. He doesn't narrow his thinking to the project specs. I mean this in a good way. An example of that is that i forgotten some fuctionalities that are important in my business, like an existing customer wanting to buy extra services, this wasnt in the specs of the project and he took initiative to add it on and then he told me if i dont want it he will just deactivate it, which was a great initiative from him. he always try to be online on time, in fact I was the one who is always late or very busy to see him. Even that I am busy, he doesnt stop working, he takes initiative to solve ununderstood issues to his best understanding and he gets it right all the time, i yet to ask him to do it diffrent. I have been working for 2 weeks alomst maybe just under with thim and he always surprises me with his quick understanding and wit mind. he really stricks me as a great programmer. A great programmer for me is the one who relates teh code to business, he looks outside the box and asks himself why are we doing this and gets the answer right the first time, he has innovation, creativity and initiative. That is Helion, the perfect companion to you and your business. I would like to thank him a lot and his team for his great work. I also invited him to carry on my next project, which I am sure he will do well in.
