Fortune International (PVT) co., Limited is a China-based company mainly engaged in the trading business. Its China-based subsidiary is engaged in the import and export business between Japan China & Sri Lanka. Key Responsibilities • Perform research and collect all materials for internet • Analyze all business communication issues and assists in appropriate resolution. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and develop message to enhance company reputation. • Develop and maintain professional relationship with all internal stakeholders. • Complete all required documentation for import and export • Coordinate with logistic companies for shipment • liaise with local authorities e.g. Department of Port & Customs and Department of Economy etc • liaise internally with Finance Department to process payments to authorities and various suppliers • clear all types of shipments that was received in the Parts Department from Seaport and Airport • receive and evaluate letters of Credit received from customers for export shipments • handle Petty Cash of the After Sales Corporate office for day to day departmental use
