I am Law school graduate residing in Cairo, Egypt. Throughout the past 5 years, I worked multiple jobs in Content Management and other fields. The first job I got was in 2015, I worked as a representative for a company called BrandRep. During my time there I was responsible for assisting small to midsize businesses located in the US and Canada to further market their companies through Search engine optimization and website trafficking. Afterwards, I worked in travel for Expedia Canada. I was responsible for regulating flights and hotel reservations for the residents of Canada who are using the Expedia website, and constantly dealing with Airlines and hotels from all over the world to keep clients satisfied. Around a year later, I started working for Arlation, a company the specializes in media related content creation and localization, and I worked as a game/movie localizer/subtitler from English to Arabic and vice-versa. At my next job, I have been a remote member of the SC team. During that time, I worked as a Business Handler/Representative and I was responsible for remotely dealing with all customer inquiries and issues for the American retail store, Writing thorough mass e-mails, conducting financial and business actions online, creating manuals for future training purposes, and writing/editing product descriptions on the website. Recently, I worked as Digital Content Team Manager at VisitnGo/[login to view URL]. I was responsible for writing and editing content on the travel-based B2C/B2B platforms, creating the content of the B2B Web interface, conducting SEO, social media management, and other digital marketing methods for the platform, developing and conducting business with suppliers and other business in the industry throughout the world, and managing/reviewing the work of a team of 5 content editors/writers. Lastly, during all those years, I also worked as a freelancer for several projects and have built myself a thorough portfolio with samples from each of my jobs.
