 Compliance with Banks policies and procedures  Effective control over cash flows/Agent Cash liquidity/Cash Management  Investigate and resolve customer complaints and inquiries  Compliance and Audit including rectification of all discrepancies  Responsible for End of Day.  Utility Bills Payment Reconciliations & Co-ordination With Utility Companies  Handling Aggregator Issues  GL reconciliations  Interaction with NADRA/1-Link for Payment of Utility Bill Payments.  BISP complaints and device handling.  BISP Settlement in agent accounts and commission disbursal on weekly basis  Withholding tax reporting on weekly basis  Providing support to all the branchless banking merchant reviews as per SBP regulations.(SBP Audit got completed after pilot period)  Providing User Acceptance Test Support to System Abacus (SYBASE) increment cycle & other systems i.e. Aggregator, UBPS Back Office.  Reporting and Analysis of business transactions including Money transfer and utility bill payment solution  Developing processes for new products related to the customer service functions, domestic remittances, mobile banking and complaint handling  Collaboration with the S&D department for their concern
