Manager Technical Support/Analysis
Created database and web interface for SORD orders retention so that in case of SORD order overflow we would have archived records for up to last 45 days.
Created web Dashboard so that the organization members can Create and Manage their Projects. This reduced significant from each user and the time used to create and publish the final document. This was done manually where each user would update Word document every week then one user would go in and collect all dashboards and converted them into PDF and then published them out.
Providing Support in PreWINDS SBCLD TBS to WFA project. Loaded Oracle on local server where we load fresh dumps of TBS data from production environment and then run PL/SQL scripts on it. This helps in analyzing the data needed for migration from TBS to XNG application saving company $200,000.
Created queries in PL/SQL using TOAD application to extract data for Data Migration from TBS Database.
Creating REV Form process for SBCLD for post migration. This process involves extracts from Xng which contains FR/ATM orders that needs to go to WilTel. Based on each record the user gets an email and link to a web interface where they can review and/or update the Order and send the order in HTML format as an email attachment automatically.
Creating Xng change request forms where users can submit a change request in Xng. This is an automated process where the email goes to the team members responsible for the approval process. When all members approves or rejects the request, the user is notified of the decision via email. The request is stored in a database for references.
