Initially, Tanner was very enthusiastic and seemed knowledgable on the subject and had a good understanding of what I wanted and what I needed. We set the project up with 4 pay points, the first of which he wanted paid as 'deposit' for the project with no work shown. I agreed to this unwittingly as out chats had been detailed and constructive. When the time came to start to deliver the project I was met with a lack of communication, excuses and missed deadlines. No work was ever submitted.
