Create English subtitles for some of Egyptian movies

I have list of Arabic Egyptian movies that i would like to translate into English.
I would prefer if you translated the movie to a separate srt file.
I would prefer Arabic native speakers but i can also pick anyone who is almost fluent in Arabic especially Egyptian Arabic.
I think if you are clever enough you should finish the movie in a couple of hours.
My budget is $10 per movie.
If you have any suggestions, request or a question please let me know.
I will contact everyone, so don't worry.
i have included a 1:39 minutes video which you must translate and send it back to me to see it and determine if you are good enough or not.
And finally here is how the payment would go:
1- I accept you after you have submitted a great translations for the sample video i uploaded.
2- I create a milestone
3- I give you a movie to translate and once you translate the movie and give me the whole subtitle of the movie
4- I release the milestone
5- I create a new milestone for another movie and so on.
