Chinese Translation via online meeting

Hello,
I am looking for a Chinese to English translator. You must be available online via Skype and GotoMeeting. Both softwares are free, but you must have a good Internet connection that can handle audio and video. I need help purchasing materials from Chinese websites. They are digital files. After those files are downloaded, I will need further help translating the content in those files.
We will pay by the hour. We will contact the translator every time we need to purchase new material for the next several months or even years.
I am located in India, so the translator must be available during the hours of 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM Indian time.
