MYSQL / PHP Search Engine

**Need a front end (through PHP) for my MYSQL database.**

I am looking for the coder to set up 3 visually appealing pages and one dynamic search engine result page.

The domain name and hosting has already been setup. The basic foundation of the site has also been envisioned, and a small amount of code already written (but with great difficulty and occasional string errors). While the coder will likely alter much of the code already written, it will provide a very good idea of what is desired.

Database (*still being populated*) will max out at about:

~2 tables, ~400 rows, ~30fields

Populating the database (**which the coder is NOT responsible for**) is being done through phpmyadmin 2.7.

The coder should be familar with

MYSQL

PHP

DYNAMIC DROP DOWN MENUS

(ex. Kelley Blue Book - searching year, make, model <[url removed, login to view]>)

DREAMWEAVER 8.0

FLASH (intros, headers, etc.)

My personal computer is using:

WINDOW XP, DREAMWEAVER 8.0

Without revealing anything specific... the site will cater to medical professionals as well as providing medical advice. While I have an idea of how I see the foundation of the site (*the search engine aspect*), I am not sure of how to build a page that reflects a respectable/professional enviornment that people will go to and feel they can trust. Can you help design such a page???

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
