use mobile web toolkit to convert web pages to mobile and provide me with a server

use [url removed, login to view] provide me with a server where i can link into it with a href and when the user will click the a href in my server he will go into your server i will pass to you in a parameter a web address and your server should use the mobile web toolkit to provide the web address that i passed to you in a mobile form. That means work includes the following 4 points. 1. my user clicks a link this link contains a parameter of another web address. 2. user is navigated to your server 3. user navigates to see the web page in the parameter in mobile way converted by mobile web toolkit that is done with teh project url i placed at the top. 4. Give me exact description and step by step and guide me while im doing this as for how to install your server modules (mobile web toolkit probably involves apache, php, wordpress, the mobile web toolkit) so that i have all of this in my server.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
